Wednesday, May. 16, 2004 - 8:32 p.m. 10 Steps to An Unstressy Head 1) Sit still on comfy chair away from evil-revision and breathe deeply. 2) Concentrate on breathing and don't think of anything. If thinking must be done, think of nice things such as pie, spaghetti bolognaise and flower arrangement. 3) Go for a walk in the garden bare-foot. 4) Stumble across swingball. Locate flip-flops and stomp swingball into ground. 5) Play swingball. Try to hit ball 107 times in a row. 6) Notice pretty flowers. Smell them. 7) Aimlessly walk around garden, noting how nice weather is. 8) Locate a cat willing to be stroked and played with, and proceed in doing so. 9) Get a bottle of water and replace tea with said refreshment. If it can clear you system it can probably clear your head to. 10) Re-locate revising to garden.
